How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping policy is standard 3-5 business days for processing and shipment. Most orders are received within this time frame. Custom items may take longer depending on the availability of materials required. All Simply Made by Shay items are shipped via USPS.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel up to 3 days after the order was placed on non-custom items. If your item is customized and has not been produced, we may cancel the order. However, if your item has started production, no cancellations will be allowed. Please email admin@simplymadebyshay.com for further assistance.

How can I submit a custom order?

Please contact Shay via email at admin@simplymadebyshay.com or simply leave a message on Facebook or Instagram!

How do I track my order?

Each order is provided with a delivery tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How do I return/exchange?

You can return or exchange an order within 5 days after you have received the item(s). must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fee unless we sent you the wrong item. Items for return will received a refund. Item(s) for exchange will received the exchanged item(s) in the mail via USPS. Please see shipping policy for more information.

How do I take care of my shirts?

Machine wash cold and inside out for longevity. Do not iron directly on graphic image. Hang dry is preferred.
